Responsibilities
- Recommend, develop and maintain methodologies and processes to ensure the company’s compliant to relevant regulatory requirements and policies.
- Ensure that audits are planned and executed according to the audit framework and be the liaison between the company’s internal / external auditors and the business/process owners.
- To understand risk management program rolled out by the Corporate risk team and guide the business units in executing the related plans and activities.
- Perform independent compliance checks. Review results of risk assessment and make recommendations
- Maintain the Business Continuity Management (BCM) program and ensure that the relevant BCM principles and policies are complied with.
- Develop presentation and training materials and conduct presentations and training
Requirements
- Degree in relevant discipline, such as business management, risk management and IT
- or Diploma in relevant discipline with relevant working experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in risk management, preferably in an IT-related, financial operations or banking environment. Reasonably acceptable level of experience in auditing, audit management or business continuity management is useful.
- Able to appreciate IT and is proficient in using common desktop Microsoft software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, possess leadership qualities and able to relate to all levels.
- Good time management, analytical and meticulous.
