Documentation Assistant ($1,700 - $1,800)

Client is looking for a Documentation Assistant.

Responsibilities :

  • Handle import/export documents and permit submission
  • Co-ordinate and involve in incoming and outgoing shipments and documentation
  • Attend to telephone and walk-in customers’ enquiries and requirements

Requirements :

  • Minimum ‘O’ level
  • 1 – 2 years working experience
  • Able to deal with import and export documentation an advantage
  • Knowledge of Portnet & custom permits an advantage
  • Only Singaporean or PR needs to apply.
  • Can start work immediately – an advantage

Working hours: Monday – Friday  09:00 – 6:00 pm
