Our client with international presence is looking for HR and Training Executive
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and selection of all retail staff personnel
- To administer retail staff compensation and benefit package
- Develop Training needs analysis and implement annual training plan
- To conduct in house customer service training
- To work closely with all key retail division heads and build a highly motivated front line staff
- Open to regional exposure
