Japanese Speaking Project Manager required urgently:

Role

• to lead projects to success with strong mind
• to have his opinions for resolution of problems
• to gather user requirement with customer and define into system point of view
• to manage the project in order to achieve the target of schedule, quality and profit
• to report the progress and condition of project to management and customer timely
• to manage the development team and vendor to achieve the target of project

Requirements

• work experience in IT Industry for at least 5 years
• worked as IT Development Project Manager for at least for 2 years with minimum 30 MM of size of handled project
• Understanding of Software Development Methodology and Procedure is a must
• Understanding and ability to write System Design Documentation is a must
• having experience in developing system is a must, with experience in using JAVA, .NET, Oracle, and Unix is an advantage
• Fluent in English is mandatory with ability in Chinese or Japanese is advantage.
