Our client in electronics industry is looking for Systems Analyst:
Job Role:
To ensure mission critical system (Oracle) function, operates and implements according to business requirements in a timely and accurately for the entire organization.
Job Description:
- Ensure Oracle application (functions) is applied and practice with established to Market best practice.
- Gather user requirements, evaluate it and perform business mapping before implement
- Monitor, review and provide directions to all process and functions
- Research the functionality and review the requirement before implementation to minimize customizations
- Co-ordinate and plan the operation or process flow procedure between departments when implement the new functions, or workflow
- Conduct training, and develop user procedure,user guide and workflow
- Control and supervise the new workflow or process
- Monitor and hand-hold users to ensure the process is accomplished accordingly
- Re-enforce and highlight the importance requirements or function (especially pre-requisites) of some pitfall
- Analise and advise users on reporting requirements
- Perform technical development on customized reporting (POS and POP requirements)
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Computing, IT or equivalent professional qualifications in IT, Computer Science or related fields
- Oracle Application 11.5.10.2 (Financial and Distributions) certifications
- A minimum of 3 years Oracle Applications experience on Financial and Distributions knowledge (Procurement, Order management and inventory control), preferably with Oracle Application on 11.5.10.2, database 9.2.0.7.0, reports tools 6.5 and forms 6.0.8.24.1
- Must have strong Techno-function knowledge (SQL, packages etc) and preferably with implementation and report development experience
- Experience with Oracle GLDI, Oracle Forms and Reports tools
- Preferably experience in Distribution Industries
- Knowledgeable in all aspects of IT functions
