Job Scope

• Responsible for implementation and maintenance of Enterprise Management Tools for end-to-end monitoring;
• Involves scripting using monitoring tools to measure application response time.
• Provide technical presales support.
• Analyze and advice customer on application bottlenecks.
• Integrates the tools into Performance and Fault Management Infrastructure. 6) Fresh graduates will also be considered

Job Requirements

• Good Degree in IT related discipline with good command of English.
• Good working knowledge with major Operating System such as Windows, UNIX and Linux.
• To have internetworking foundation knowledge in terms of ip addressing, routing, VLAN, DNS etc
• Possess strong understanding of Fault and Performance management including network, server, database and End to End Application Response Monitoring;
• Exposure to End to end monitoring tools such as Mercury Interactive and CA Wily will be an added advantage;
• At least 1 year experience in application development involving .Net and J2EE.
• Senior position requires
• at least 3 years of experience in application development and
• project management skill are essential
• Knowledge of ITIL is a must.
• Initiative with positive working attitudes and customer services oriented.
• Able to work independently when required and at the same time a great team player.
• Possess the drive to exceed goals and expectations
• Willing to work after office hours.
